Service description

MatchAudit is a dating profile analysis service using artificial intelligence. We analyze your photos and bio to provide improvement recommendations. The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person is allowed.

User content

By submitting content (photos, text), you declare that:

You own the content or have the right to use it
The content is appropriate and legal
No photos of minors are submitted

Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

Analysis packs are one-time purchases (no subscription)
Credits never expire
No automatic renewal
No refund after purchase (digital product)

Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to:

Use the service for illegal purposes
Submit offensive, defamatory, or pornographic content
Automatically extract data (scraping)
Resell or redistribute the service

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that recommendations will improve your results on dating apps. The analysis is AI-based and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

MatchAudit cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of matches, romantic disappointment, or any emotional harm.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
